FlowEsScents ships all packages using USPS. All products are made to order and require 3-5 day processing time. Shipping rates vary depending on the preferred shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives broken or damaged, please email us at info@flowesscents.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
